I've got a Chuwi Minibook X with an Intel N100 :

[E] Your CPU model is not supported.

Please open a new issue (https://github.com/erpalma/throttled/issues) specifying:
 - model name
 - cpu family
 - model
 - stepping
from /proc/cpuinfo.

Intel N100 specifications :

model name  : Intel(R) N100
cpu family  : 6
model       : 190
stepping    : 0
