Make undervolting configurable for on AC vs battery #79

Related to #33 It would be great to have the option to not only make the temp and power thresholds configurable per power source, but undervolting as well. Use case: Capping to 75°C, I can get 3.7 of 3.9GHz with -100mV Capping to 90°C, I have to increase vcore to -70mV as the CPU will scale to 3.8Ghz then (and cause segfaults otherwise). However, I'd rather have the lower vcore on battery (combined with temp capping) so it realistically won't hit 3.8GHz anyway (I know, this is dependant on ambient temp, but as there are 25°C delta this equation works out in real life, be it summer or winter)

Sure! I'll add this feature as soon as I can.
