Wrong data in channelId and channelTitle #351

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Perform a youtube.playlistItems.list query
2. Read the output
3. Profit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
channelTitle is supposed to show the channel's name of the video uploader, 
while it is showing the channel's name of the playlist creator. Same goes for 
channelId.
