teacher can ping the student missing but also logout if not responding #31

on top on the ping button, teacher can also have the possibility to logout the student of he cannot do anymore by himself, to have he able to login again with the same username

added the "force student logout" button in the teacher dashboard, to allow the teacher kick out the student in case he's not responding
