deploy 2.0.1 to production #45

check list:

change jquery path from local to production
check all pages titles tags
verify version number in yaml file
save data if needed, and clean the production datastore
remove local copies of binary files and jquery and plugins etc.
check for unwanted logging to console
switch off the "delete" handler
