Entry in accept.txt is ignored in Google.Headings #36

I have the following defined in my vocabulary under accept.txt:

DarkSky

and would expect that the following headline

## Welcome to *DarkSky*

would not result in a title case error. It does, though. Is there a specific way to configure The .Headings rule to ignore settings in accept.txt?

As you can see this occurs in both, Google and Microsoft packages. If this is a global issue let me know and I'll move my issue to the Vale repository.

I can't reproduce this. Could you share your .vale.ini?
