fix: accept `gRPC` in headings #8

Is this the right way of dealing with #7?

If so, I think there's a lot of exceptions that I think should be considered because of how often they can appear in headings.

Or is the expectation for this repo to be a starting point that folks can then extend on?

It's a little of both: I'm willing to add terms (generally speaking, anyway) to the exception list here, but I'd recommend that users create their own vocab so they can manage custom terms without having to submit PRs or edit the source locally.
