Sentry migration #1387

raven was deprecated (http://raven.readthedocs.io) in favor of sentry-sdk, so it's time to update! :D

Change raven for sentry-sdk
Added an option to add Flask special integration for more detailed events on sentry
Added new options on the config-template with some explanation

@lordn-n Thanks for your contributions to this. I just had 1 question aroudn the flask integration package. Based on their docs https://docs.sentry.io/platforms/python/flask/, it seem it should be a different package.
