Publish to npm registry #1

Hi. Please could you publish this to npm registry so we can install it more easily? http://search.npmjs.org/

Workaround:

npm install git+https://github.com/errcw/trueskill.git

Sure, as soon as there is an implementation backing my proposed API I'd be happy to publish to npm.

Maybe in the meantime change the sentence

This package implements TrueSkill in JavaScript as an npm package.

To reflect that it does not, in fact, implement anything.
