Export settings to a file - Import settings from a file #12

Hi.

I would like to be able to export settings to a file.

That way if I want to start a new project I will not have to go to an existing installation, copy the code and paste it to the new project. (yes I know that I can create a text file and paste the code inside).

A file that will be stored is a more convenient solution.
