将清理数据和发送email的逻辑从Index.js当中清理出来 #39

嗯。。。清理出来放到eb.js？

感觉确实index.js更多的应该是关于网站的逻辑的，而email提醒和数据清理更像是单独业务。放到eb.js当中与服务器启动平级应该合理点吧
