Hotplug support? #113

On my machine, touchegg autostarts on login.

However, if I plug in my touchscreen later, I have to start touchegg manually
to get gestures working.

Do you have the same problem if your touchscreen is connected on startup? I'm
sorry, but I can not test this (I haven't got nothing that I can connect after
start my system) Anyway, a patch is wellcome

I just found out that this problem is more general and not specifically related
to the login.

If the touchscreen is already plugged in when touchegg is started, touchegg
will recognize it again even after disconnecting the screen for a while.

However, if the touchscreen is not connected when touchegg is started, touchegg
does not recognize the screen when it is plugged in.

Apparently, touch devices are only recognized by touchegg when it is started,
but not later. So, for real hotplug support, touchegg should check for new
devices regularly.

As I say you for me is impossible test this because I haven't got a second
touch-device. I hope someone can make a patch :P
