Using 13" Retina MacBook Pro, Ubuntu 13.04.
Changing the scroll speed has almost unnoticeable impact. Thus speed 1 is
unsatisfactory.
I saw a previous bug report where someone said the speed changes in Ubuntu from
version to version, making it impossible to come up with a sensible default
setting.
I would at least allow values outside the interval 1-9 (or some other scheme
where user is not bound to such a small interval), as a workaround for this
issue. For example, if touchegg would let me set it, a value of about -15 would
be good in my case.
I'd be happy to work out a patch if you like this solution.
