I have tried with several molecules and the model still gives null outputs, with the new Docker container?

Hi @DhanshreeA

The model was working fine, and it still does when running run.sh, so I guess something in the ersilia itself has changed, as the model produces null outputs when being fetched by ersilia but not when run manually, and the env seems to be created with all the necessary dependencies. Can you have a look and confirm if that is the case?
