🐈Task: Include GitPod development option #804

As a Linux Foundation member, Ersilia has received support from GitPod. This is fantastic news.

Onboarding information is available here.

I believe that this could be a good way of promoting cloud-based code development, along with Github Codespaces, which we are currently using.

Let's start by deciding an adoption plan. I would suggest that we have this ready for the next internships round.

This issue is in Queue, but we haven't touched it since last year nor we have discussed the possibility for the next internship round. What are the thoughts around this?

I will revisit with the GitPod team if they still offer this to Linux Foundation non profit members and if they do, I'll incorporate it.
