The latest commit creates a deduplicated drug_labels table, where each gene is associated to one drug and one drug label and drug label annotation, separated by source as well (potentially this could be merged as we do not care so much about the source). Variants and haploytpes are assigned to each gene as specified in the variant and haplotype files.
