UK Biobank data

We have been granted access to the UK Biobank.

We should explore their online platform: https://www.ukbiobank.ac.uk/enable-your-research/research-analysis-platform

There are at least two articles which use UK Biobank smartly to get PharmacoGx data:

More thoughts:

• UK Biobank is not labelled for treatment outcome data, unfortunately. However, we could try to get mutation rate in ADME genes, at least.
• GnomAD has now incorporated UK Biobank (400k samples). That should be enough to get population statistics.

Another interesting article that has just been published in Nature is the All of Us dataset.
