In Figure 1 we should describe:

I suggest the following panels (the list is incomplete):

[ ] A Sankey diagram containing Drug ATC categories (left) and ADME gene categories (CYP, transporter, etc.) (right). Very important pharmacogenes (VIP) may be highlighted if desired.
[ ] A 2D projection of Genes.
[ ] A ranked list showing that "interest" drugs (i.e. drugs prescribed in Africa) are not very well annotated.
