Hi, dead link in "Relays"

Popular paid relays An up-to-date list of paid relays with details on how much they cost and who operates them can be found on Relay Exchange

Relay Exchange is not alive

Can we replace it or remove the paragraph in order to remove a confusion?

but there is not active paid relay now as i see

i take the link from the next paragraph and i apply paid filter

I see the link i suggested doesn't work as well :) Feel free to replace it with whatever works reliably in the future.
