add Makefile
add Dockerfile

@x0rzkov @eruina I made a new version of Laffka. It has new features like user feedback, monero, is user based and support (still working on it). I have the app runnig in a VPS. http://vunksuk4yfs2ffd2.onion/

I think you should take a look at it.

Thanks for commit.. I'd really like to maintain Allium though, at the moment.

I will merge it into new project.. well "merge"
