Introduction Currently eruption depends on Systemd to be present, that causes an issue on OS's with different init system such as S6 or OpenRC

Describe the Solution Implement a switch that will allow eruption to be compiled without Systemd support

That would be very very nice. I have the same problem. As in a good Makefile, this setting should be implemented !
