What steps will reproduce the problem?

Run HAL from the command line, specify any value for --weighting

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

An exception is raised at line 260 of HyperspaceAnalogueToLanguage.java because 
the software attempts to interpret the string specified for the weighting 
function as an integer specifying a window size.

I'll update the .jar file shortly as well.  This is currently fixed in the 
trunk.
