Fixing links to JWT sections #69

Not sure this is the right way to do it

I don´t get strange links when I render it with xml2rfc

But I think we should close this, I tried to get the x:fmt and x:sec to work but failed so I changed to eref. if you could get x:fmt and x:sec to work I think that would be nice.
