Include system tiddlers to searchable tiddlers

This is a possibility only if #93 proves more efficient, or at least as efficient as the current implementation.

Assuming it does, several potential issues/questions have to be studied:

• amount of tiddlers and size ?
• include plugins, themes as well? Is that useful?
