Author: Larry64 - Each time I open QGIS 3.28.4 or 3.32.1, I recieve a warning message below saying: #4

WARNING Python error : Couldn't load plugin 'postgis_toolbox' due to an error when calling its classFactory() method See message log (Python Error) for more details.

I have downloded and reinstalled the PostGIS plugin for both of the QGIS versions above. But still keep receiving the same warning message above each time I open QGIS.

Hi, to analyze the issue I need detailed information from message log (Python Error) and provide info about the operating system you use and send a list of installed plugins in QGIS.

Hi Eryk, Thanks for doing this, Eryk. I really appreciate your help. We all know how frustrating it can get when things don't work the way we would like. I have enclosed two Screenshot images of the plugins I have installed. I am running a Windows 11Pro OS as shown in Screenshot 3 showing its detailed information. I learned my GIS using ArcGIS at the University of Southern Queensland, Australia. After graduating in 2014, I decided to have a look at how QGIS works. I recently decided to have another look.
