Feature Request: Grey out {A} or equivalent #3

It would be great if the {A} or equivalent could be greyed out or hidden in some way so that it is clear that it is not part of the list when in live edit mode.

Thanks for the brilliant plugin!

I'll have to read up on editor extensions to be able to do this. It may be a bit until I get around to it.
