Request. Formal outline #8

To be able to use a formal outlining format, I would need access to numerals and letters in parentheses. I played around a bit but could not get it to work properly. Any help would be much appreciated.

I. Roman numerals
    A. Capital letters
        1. Arabic numerals
            a. Lower-case letters
                (1) Arabic numerals in parentheses
                    (a) Lower-case letters in parentheses
                    (b)
                (2)
            b.
        2.
    B.
II.
