• forceRefresh set to true on router AppRoute.js <Router location={path} context={{}} forceRefresh={true}>
• comment out delete state.viewBag; in server.js
• comment out this.updateLanguage(); in RouteHandler
• pass SSR state to i18ninit in index.js i18ninit(__JSS_STATE__.sitecore.context.language, __JSS_STATE__.viewBag.dictionary) to disable dictionary call
