I refactored numeric types with the following features and updated the type analysis.

Separate infinity values for extended mathematical values and numbers.
Define (non)negative/(non)positive integer and integral number types.
Support more advanced type refinement for newly introduced types in type analysis.
Fix minor errors in the mechanized specification extractor.
