Caption in task bar is not refreshed to 'On Break' #32

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start a new task
2. Wait until break starts
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Caption in the task bar should show something like 'On Break'.
Instead the name of the current task is still display.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.6, Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
