Feature: Visual Alarm #47

Since sometimes having an audible alarm can be an issue (open space workspace
for example), it could be useful to have some sort of visual alaram.

For example bringing the app on top, displaying a pop-up message/OSD message
etc.

Anyway, thanks for the great software you guys make

The app should be placed on top and use Alert for some level as it is now... It
might be that the AIR platform does not implement this on all OS's. What OS are
you running? What do you get graphically when the timer runs out?

On PC the app should start to blink in the taskbar, on Mac it should start to
bounce the application icon. If you don't get this then I am not sure why. It
is working on my PC with windows 7 and Mac running Mac OS X 10.6.7

Most workspaces don't allow speakers or headphones, a visual cue should be
given as an option. Like flashing the screen, or shaking the window
