Update stores and notebooks #6

New store identifiers esa-cci, esa-cci-zarr and esa-cci-kc were added. The names of the stores in stores.yaml were set to the same values to avoid confusion amongst users. A notebook to explain the convenience function was added, another one to show how to open data of data type geodatframe.
