I downloaded it from here: https://www.xilinx.com/products/boards-and-kits/alveo/u55c.html#vivado

The files from Xilinx do not provide a license and thus, we cannot include it in Tapasco. I have deleted your last commit (which apparently automatically closed this pull-request).

Please re-open the pull request once you have implemented a solution which does not contain those files.
