The int.esa.ccsds.mo:API_COMMON is not referenced in the POM. Nevertheless, this component is published on Maven Central: http://search.maven.org/#search%7Cgav%7C1%7Cg%3A%22int.esa.ccsds.mo%22%20AND%20a%3A%22API_COMMON%22

Having this component referenced in this POM will help to select a consistent version, even if the specification is still a release-candidate.
