Switch conjunction tracking cutoff to radius-based #114

Desired behavior

Track conjunction if distance (After linear interpolation) is small than sum of radii of involved particles times some factor for sensitivity analysis / conjunction sensitivity.

What needs to be done

change collisions functor

How it can be tested

make a test for it :)
