main -> featureNoise -> featureInsertion

based on featureNoise branch
yaml attribute constellationCutoff added
changed functions to pass this parameter
updated the change in tests in SimulationTest (not yet solving Issue 63)

I briefly changed commit base to refresh the diff view. @FG-TUM Do you maybe know another way to update it? I have been using this workaround for a bit :D

Not really but I didn't have that problem yet
