Check cfg in validate cfg to ensure no invalid options are present

Desired Behavior / Functionality

Currently only checking if necessary ones are there. We shoudl also check if there are unwanted ones in there to avoid errors on user end.

What Needs to Be Done

• Check if cfg labels are as expected.
• While doing this might be nice to also check cfg when running compute spectrum and not only in training (but still once for training)
