Level order change #72

Level 3 should be 1. 1->2, 2->3.

This would have a much more incremental difficulty level and the player would be more inclined to learn the game as in the space roomba level it is quite easy to get good tours.

Mission order is changed, but mission ids are kept the same. New ticket will be opened for that .
