In case helpful / welcome, I made the following small updates to the README:

Added a missing alt tag to the OpenGEODE screenshot to improve accessibility for screen readers
Added a link to LICENSE so a reader doesn't have to scroll up to find it
Added a link to FONT-LICENSE.txt so a reader doesn't have to scroll up to find it
Emboldened version numbers in the Changelog to distinguish them / make them stick out a bit more
