This adds the Design Documentation found in the OpenGEODE wiki to wiki/. The latter link's content is already present in the folder (opengeode.mediawiki).
The objective of this change is to provide a medium in which contributors can make updates and/or suggest changes to the copy found on the wiki, since edit access on the wiki itself is available only to a limited number of individuals.
