update aur instructions #476

no need to separately install the dependencies, they are actually listed in the package: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/pagmo/ (there is no such thing as optional makedepends)

@jschueller thanks a lot for the PR! I am not a Arch user, so I'd like to ping @acxz regarding this (he's the maintainer of the AUR package and I believe he wrote the Arch install instructions in pagmo's docs).
