basic admin front-end for uploading/downloading csv data-sets of players

this would include name, email, and password

• creation should default that the player is new
• make sure creation date is not updated through other updates
• sign in as regular player - will be asked if they want to create or upload a csv

ideas for later (if easy do these now)

• select parameters for downloading csv (not started playing, have not passed any levels yet, etc)
