Goals to hopefully finish by marathon start

Now it's very close and I've still got some stuff to do, gonna make a general check list for it:

[x] Rewrite host dashboard, see https://github.com/esamarathon/esaw18-layouts/issues/6.
[x] Add graphical timer for ad running countdown.
[x] Add twitch ad running logic (see esa17-layouts for an idea).
[x] Finish main ticker messages.
[x] Add some more messages to the ticker bar, promoting the charity and the marathon.
[x] Rewrite music player, use single instance graphics to help with that.
[x] Add way to change host names from main dashboard (not going to be done by hosts anymore?)
[x] Make ticker messages scroll slower depending on the amount of text to show.
[x] Show an extra message at the end of bid wars which allow a user option to say that users can submit their own suggestions.
[ ] Parse emoji shorthand codes (:thinking:) if possible (see FFZ implementation).
[ ] Also parse global FFZ/BTTV emotes in donation messages.
[ ] Cache flags server side (partially part of this issue on nodecg-speedcontrol)
[ ] Starting layout, maybe with a timer, mostly just the logo and a song ticker and information about the marathon about to start.
