KeyBindings for Bundles of Devices #169

okay so the idea here would be to offer 16 bundles == macros with 10 slots for devices i guess?

16x16 and it's possible that Device Chain is the route (.XRNT) for this.

there's a separate ticket about device chain dialogs, i think. closing.
