Coluga improvements

• [x] when running coluga from the normal menu shortcut - making it not overwrite the currently selected sample slot - make an option to put it in a new sample slot
• [x] do nothing if path is not set - warn user ( coluga: if path is not set, don't enable Start. in fact, just shoot "hey, set the path, otherwise no go")
• [x] sample editor show coluga
• [x] sample editor show save as wav
• [x] sample editor show save as flac
• [x] checkbox for create new instrument or stay in current instrument
• [x] save also as wav or flac — checkbox with folder selection
• [x] Implement pakettiPreferencesDefaultInstrumentLoader() so all created instruments already have controls.

• [ ] Switch Bash to LUA scripting
• [ ] Have a multiline textfield that updates with the information that LUA is grabbing via yt-dlp - i.e. user sees what's going on.
