Type and date of HIV test are not required #668

Actual Results

The type and date of HIV test are not required and the system allows to proceed without provinding the information

Expected results

These fields are required and therefore the system should prevent from moving forward.

Steps to reproduce

Login -> Registration ->Add new patient -> go through the tabs up to the serology tab -> click next without providing the type and date of HIV test
