Edit social info not working consistently #670

Actual Results

On the first edit, the system does not save some of the changes.

Expected results

The system should always save the changes

Steps to reproduce

Login -> Go to Socials -> Search and select a patient -> Check in -> Add social info (leave some optional fields) -> visualize -> edit the social info just added by adding some of the optional info (like Mother/Pather info) -> visualize. Try editing second time.
