Fix lint errors #654
Add lint script to package.json to make it easier to run linter independent of other tests

To test just the e2eTest dir run ./node_modules/.bin/eslint test/e2eTests

Coverage remained the same at 70.024% when pulling 168fe944b35c2cbcb670031ec222c35ebc618bd5 on drryanjames:lint into abafa6a3f004ed5e02807d3260d8e6cb1ff6d3f2 on esaude:master.
