Standardize wizard navigation buttons #678

Actual Results

Some wizards have Next and Previous buttons and some have only Next. The color scheme is also different.

Expected results

For the wizards the system should be consistent in terms of navigation buttons and color scheme

Steps to reproduce

Login -> Registration module -> add New Patient -> go though the steps (there is next and previous button)

Login -> Socials module -> add social info (there is only a green Next button)
