Delete patient tests #694

Added actionsComponent for back, transfer, view, edit and delete action buttons
Updated to include transfer patient between modules test
Refactored the delete patient tests considering that a patient should be deleted only from the registration dashboard page.

Coverage remained the same at 71.667% when pulling 7b5426ead38843929facfdb77404fe3a92c90161 on sacuribraimo:delete_patient_tests into 0878d76563522e51298d510fb361d756f3d00cdd on esaude:master.

@drryanjames I'm going to make some changes to these tests. It turns out, the delete patient functionality should be from the registration module only.
